Riviera FM - Welcome to Riviera FM 107.9FM your independent local radio station for the whole of Torbay. Providing coverage of local activities, facilities, services and issues of particular importance to those living and working in Torbay. Although we have listeners from all over the world, we have a distinctly local focus which we have been developing since Riviera FM’s inception in 2009. Unlike commercial radio stations, Riviera FM is run as a social enterprise as a not-for-profit station with funding from several different sources including businesses who are interested in reaching our listeners where costs for advertising on commercial radio would normally be prohibitive. All of our presenters are volunteers and supplement the running of the station, promoting volunteering and work placements. Riviera FM promotes the free flow of information, opinion and encourages creative expression through our presenters, combined with an eclectic mix of brilliant music.
