Rod Clemmons is a totally blind pianist/keyboard player, contemporary R&B recording artist/songwriter, concert music director and conductor, music arranger, music producer, film and television content creator, and voice coach to Broadway performers.  Having released his debut Grammy nominated album, “What’s Up?  It’s Me,” with the title track climbing to number 3 in the hot 100 adult contemporary radio charts, he is now developing a new album called, “Racket,” to be released later this year.  He is also hard at work with his soon to be released holiday movie about a beloved music teacher from the Arkansas School for the Blind called, “A Jeannie For Christmas.”  Rod also has two half hour television projects in development including an innovative cartoon series created with Verdict recording artist Dan Kenneth called, “The Doodie Doos.”

Rama Ersapah is a visiting lecturer at a tertiary-level institution, specializing in Interculturality, Sales, and Negotiations. He holds an MBA in Marketing and a Diploma in Management.

Beyond academia, Rama has been a committed social worker since early adolescence, dedicating his time and efforts to uplifting marginalized communities. He has worked extensively in empowering persons with disabilities, advocating for inclusion, accessibility, and equal opportunities.

His strong collaboration with the Global Rainbow Foundation (GRF) has allowed him to actively support initiatives that enhance the lives of persons with disabilities, from educational programs to professional empowerment projects. He serves as the Editor-in-Chief of I Rise, a publication that brings forward the true stories of resilience, courage, and transformation of individuals who overcome barriers imposed by disability and social stigma.

As the host of a podcast on GRF WEB TV, Rama provides a platform for in-depth discussions on social justice, diversity, and human rights, raising awareness about critical societal issues and amplifying voices that need to be heard.

His work extends beyond advocacy—he believes in practical, impactful change, engaging in grassroots projects, mentorship programs, and policy discussions that drive long-term social transformation.

Hello Aaron,
This is Alan. I’m 59 years old and currently living in Roseburg, a small town in southern Oregon. I’m 59 years old, born on April 15, 1965.

I’m an aspiring musician. I play bass guitar, primarily, but can also play drums and percussion. I am a level I Usui Reiki practitioner. In my past, I’ve had jobs teaching adaptive technology to blind adults.

My podcast “Five Strings & Random things” was me talking about my life, in general, as a musician and about life in San Francisco. I moved to Oregon after my fiancee, Donna passe away in October of 2023. I couldn’t afford San Franciiscos cost of living on my own, and two of my very best friends invited me to move here and live with them. One of them, my friend David, is my bass guitar mentor. He started me playing back in August, 2015.

So, that’s a capsule version of who I am and what my life is.
